Relaxation therapy is specific and one of the most effective methods that can reduce anxiety and even body tension. In the reconditioning process a person is advised to go to bed when he feels sleepy. For the people who spend lots of time in bed unsuccessfully trying to sleep, sleep restrictions can gradually help them achieve good sleep.

There are quite a few other treatment options available for insomnia sleep disorders. For instance, when treating transient and intermittent insomnia conditions there is no specific treatment because they are considered to be normal. Where as for treating chronic insomnia which is considered as a complex condition needs special doctors to prescribe drugs.
