Anxiety is the other problem of insomnia in early pregnancy stage. It is always important that the expectant mother should take several steps to avoid anxiety. Besides daily work women have to set aside time for them taking care of their health by stop being anxious instead do something that will give them comfort like reading etc. Being prepared and informed for the arrival of the baby will automatically reduce anxiety factors surrounding the pregnancy. The health of the mother and the infant are most important and no chances with the delicate conditions of the mother should be ignored.
